Which rental plan is right for me?
Start with FREE to test the waters with 1 rental listing. Move to Starter for up to 5 rentals, Grow for 20 with homepage and social push, or Power for 100 rentals with paid Google Ads and email promotion. Pick by collection size and how much marketing reach you want.
How does the security deposit work?
PurvX collects a security deposit from the renter at checkout on every rental, on every plan including FREE. It is held by Stripe and released back to the renter when the item is returned in good condition. You decide the deposit amount per listing.
Can I cancel my rental subscription any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Manage Billing link on your dashboard. Your benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period. Once that period ends, your account drops back to the FREE plan with a 1-listing cap. You stay a rental partner so renters can still find you.
What happens if my payment fails?
To keep things predictable, your rental cap drops to the FREE plan limit of 1 listing immediately if a payment fails. Older rental listings auto-close to fit. Update your card from Manage Billing and your full rental features come back automatically.
Do you offer refunds or prorated billing?
We do not refund or prorate unused portions of a paid subscription term. Yearly plans give you the lowest per-month rate, but only if you are confident you will use the full year.
Can I sell items as well as rent them?
Yes. Rental subscriptions only gate rental listings. If you also want to sell items, see our Business plans page. You can have both subscriptions on the same PurvX account.
